The Jialong team (Zhangzhou, Fujian) gathered on January 19, 2024, for our annual group photograph—a cherished tradition welcoming the Year of the Dragon.

As Spring Festival approached, we upheld our tradition: uniting the entire team for an annual group photo at our Zhangzhou headquarters. This moment isn’t just about capturing a memory—it’s about honoring the team that forms the heart of our success in crafting reliable granule/powder packaging machines and vacuum packaging solutions for global clients.
The air was filled with joy and anticipation. In line with this year’s theme, “Embracing the Dragon's Spirit,” many employees wore red—symbolizing prosperity and good fortune—creating a vibrant sea of color. This gathering was more than a photo; it was a reflection of the energy that drives us to refine our packaging machines and serve clients better in the year ahead.
The event opened with a heartfelt address from our CEO, who celebrated key milestones of the past year—including growing trust in our granule/powder packaging machines across 50+ countries and optimizing vacuum packaging solutions for food/pharmaceutical clients. He thanked every team member for their dedication, then shared a vision for the future: continuing to lead the industry with innovative, sustainable packaging equipment.
After the photo session, the day unfolded with fun team-building games—blending strategy and laughter—to foster camaraderie between colleagues from different departments (from R&D to production). To wrap up, we hosted a lavish New Year’s dinner, where everyone enjoyed traditional dishes and celebrated the bonds that make Jialong feel like family.
The New Year is a time for giving back, and we’re proud to live our corporate social responsibility (CSR) values: we announced a donation of part of this year’s profits to local Zhangzhou charities. This act reflects our dedication—not just to our team and clients, but to the community that supports our journey in the packaging machinery industry.
