The standard line includes the main packaging scale, an industrial sewing machine, and a 2.8-meter lifting conveyor. The system is designed to work as one integrated unit.
2. Can this machine handle different bag materials?
Yes. The included industrial sewing machine is perfect for open-mouth bags made from woven polypropylene (PP) and paper. The system can also be configured with a heat sealer for plastic (PE) bags.
3. How does the feeding system achieve such high accuracy?
It uses a three-stage gravity feed. A large gate opens for a fast "coarse" feed, followed by a smaller gate for a "medium" feed, and finally, a very precise "fine" or "dribble" feed to top off the bag to the exact target weight.
4. How is the machine operated?
The machine is highly automated. An operator places an empty bag on the filling spout. The machine then automatically clamps the bag, fills it to the precise weight, and releases it onto the conveyor which carries it through the sewing machine for automatic closing.
